Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Training
AB 1825 and AB 2053
Under California law, AB 1825 requires employers to provide every two years at least two hours of effective training to all supervisory employees on the prevention of sexual harassment, how to correct sexual harassment and the remedies available to persons subject to harassment discrimination and retaliation. Additionally, this course covers abusive conduct, a new mandatory component of the AB 1825 requirement. Abusive conduct refers to the conduct of an employer or employee in the workplace that a reasonable person would find hostile, offensive, and unrelated to an employer’s legitimate business interests.
This course takes users through the definition of abusive requirement and best practices for prevention. This training has been updated to include training as required by CA 2053: the prevention of abusive conduct.
