ThinkHR’s 2020 HR Technology & Benefits Report is finally here.

We delayed the initial release of this report in order to collect additional survey data about how employers are responding to COVID-19.

In total, 3,380 HR professionals and business leaders responded to our surveys relating to how employers leverage HR technology and benefits to improve the employee experience, reduce risk and meet compliance requirements.

The first surveys were completed in January of 2020, followed by an updated survey specifically to address COVID-19 challenges in late March.
